6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement for services with written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client shall be responsible for payment of any fees or expenses incurred prior to the termination date.
7. Limitation of Liability
MALAUK Digital and Marketing Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Amendments
